Region 1 road maintenance and forest maintenance/support services. Includes performing maintenance and repair on national forest roads and related improvements throughout region 1, including dakota prairie grasslands, custer gallatin national forest, helena lewis and clark national forest, beaverhead deerlodge national forest, lolo national forest, bitterroot national forest, flathead national forest, kootenai national forest, Idaho panhandle national forest, and nez perce clearwater national forest. Tasks may involve road grading, maintaining road surfaces and drainage features, and vegetation clearing such as removing trees and hazard trees from roadways. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, and supplies necessary for these services.
