Region 1 road maintenance and forest maintenance/support services. Includes performing maintenance and repair on national forest roads and related improvements throughout region 1, including the national forests and national grasslands. Tasks may involve road grading, maintaining the crown and drainage features, removal of minor slides and slumps, vegetation clearing, and removal of hazard trees as directed by the forest service. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete these services; construction services are not included.
