Moratorium exception National Interagency Incident Support Cache (NISC) pyrotechnics (flare mechanized, non-mechanized) supply Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract provides incendiary flares and accessories compatible with forest service owned firequick flare systems launcher I, II, or III devices, including nfes 0299, nfes 0371, nfes 0372, nfes 0571, nfes 0687, and nfes 0690. These supplies are essential for sustaining continuity of operations throughout the NISC system during wildland fire season and are delivered to all forest service designated cache locations upon request. The contract includes delivery of multiple flares and ignition devices to national incident support cache locations within the continental United States (CONUS).
