This BPA is for GAO Commercial Facilities Maintenance (CFM). Work under this award includes providing construction and maintenance-related building supplies and materials, furniture and equipment parts, overtime support, cleaning services, tenant alteration labor, and moving services for various GAO field offices. Additional tasks include repairs and replacements for building systems and components, installation of ada-compliant door openers, blast-resistant window glazing, flow metering devices, and portable staging, as well as event cleaning and support for space reduction and relocation projects.
