Government Description
ELECTRONIC RESOURCES SUBSCRIPTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR DELIVERS OR PROVIDES ACCESS TO COMMERCIAL OFF-THE-SHELF ELECTRONIC INFORMATION RESOURCES FOR THE FEDLINK PROGRAM, MAKING INFORMATION PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE TO ORDERING AGENCIES WITH MULTIPLE ORGANIZATIONAL LEVELS AND GEOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS NATIONWIDE AND/OR WORLDWIDE. WORK MAY INCLUDE ELECTRONIC DATABASES, DOCUMENT DELIVERY SERVICES, ASSOCIATED PUBLICATIONS, AND SPECIALIZED ACCESS/PRODUCT INTEGRATION, DIVIDED INTO FOUR LOTS AS SPECIFIED BY THE LIBRARY OF CONGRESS. CONTRACTORS MUST OFFER PRODUCTS/SERVICES UNDER LOT 1 TO PROVIDE LOT 3, AND UNDER LOT 1 AND/OR LOT 2 TO PROVIDE LOT 4.
