Grant Description
This application includes $11,345,700 in FY2020 Section 5339(b) competitive funds (Discretionary ID#s: D2020-BUSC-185, D2020-BUSC-186, and D2020-BUSC-187) for the Pattison Maintenance Operations and Administrative Base (MOA) Rehabilitation Expansion Modernization Project. This project is partially funded under FAIN #WA-2021-068-00.
Purpose:
This project will complete improvements and modernization of the Pattison Fleet Maintenance Building, including pavement replacement, a new stormwater system, and a propane fueling station, along with all remaining south parcel site improvements as required for re-development.
Activities to be performed:
This project will complete improvements and modernization of the Pattison Fleet Maintenance Building, including pavement replacement, a new stormwater system, and a propane fueling station, along with all remaining south parcel site improvements as required for re-development.
Expected outcomes:
This project will increase operational safety, site security, and enhance fleet storage and circulation efficiencies. The project is located at Intercity Transit's existing Pattison Maintenance Operations and Administrative Base in Olympia, Washington.
Intended beneficiaries:
This project will benefit all transit users (fixed route, dial-a-lift, vanpool, etc.) through increased safety, security, fleet storage, and efficiencies of space and circulation.
