Grant Description
Application Purpose: Preventive Maintenance ADA Paratransit Operations and Safety and Security Projects.
Activities Performed: The grant scope of work includes preventive maintenance for UTAS rail and bus systems for both vehicles and facilities, and funding for ADA paratransit operating assistance. It also includes safety and security projects.
Expected Outcomes: Funding to support the preventive maintenance of UTAS capital assets, which includes bus fleet and light rail, and to keep them in a state of good repair, as well as ADA paratransit operations. Funding for ADA paratransit will help with UTAS operating costs for this service.
Intended Beneficiaries: The population UTA serves within the listed UZAS. Maintaining our capital assets and funding paratransit service will allow us to provide quality and reliable service.
