THIS GRANT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING LAPSING FUNDS:FFY 2019 5311 FORMULA FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $7247225 (FULL APPORTIONMENT)FFY 2019 5311 RTAP IN THE AMOUNT OF $114863 (FULL APPORTIONMENT)TOTAL FEDERAL FUNDS IN THIS GRANT IS $7362088 TO BE APPLIED FOR IN THE FOLLOWING SEVEN (7) PROJECTP1 - OPERATING; FTA AMOUNT $3665706P2 - PROJECT ADMIN; FTA AMOUNT $767383P3 - ROLLING STOCK; FTA AMOUNT $381000P4 - CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION; FTA AMOUNT $1281052P5 - JARC MOBILITY MANAGEMENT; FTA AMOUNT $65000P6 - RTAP; FTA AMOUNT $114863P7 - INTERCITY BUS; FTA AMOUNT $1087084PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: FFY 2019 FUNDING PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN SATISFIED IN THIS GRANT AS FOLLOWS: 15% FOR ICB PROJECTS SATISFYING THE MINIMUM 15%0% FOR STATE ADMIN FUNDING SATISFYING THE 10% MAXIMUM ADMIN REQUIREMENT. THE 10% ALLOWABLE FOR UDOT WAS LEFT IN THE PROGRAM TO BE USED FOR OTHER PROJECTS.ALL PROJECTS HAVE BEEN EVALUATED AND SELECTED UNDER FTA PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS AND UDOT PTTS STATE MANAGEMENT PLAN.ADDITIONAL ATTACHED DOCUMENTS INCLUDE THE STIP PAGES PROGRAM OF PROJECTS (POP) 5333(B) DOCUMENTS AND PARK CITY TRANSIT CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.NOTE: CARES ACT CRRSAA AND ARP FUNDING WILL HAVE AN EFFECT ON THE SPENDING RATE OF SOME OF THESE FUNDS AS WELL AS OLDER FUNDS BEING EXPENDED FIRST THEREBY EXTENDING THE GRANTS PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE END DATE FURTHER OUT THAN NORMAL.
