TO SUPPORT HYPOTHESIS-, DESIGN-, TECHNOLOGY-, OR DEVICE-DRIVEN RESEARCH RELATED TO THE DISCOVERY, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, VALIDATION, AND APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGIES FOR BIOMEDICAL IMAGING AND BIOENGINEERING.
