Grant Description
Application Purpose: The purpose of this award is to provide funding for RTAS WEGO STAR real-time interface improvements and track rehab on the commuter rail line to keep the line in a state of good repair and for the commuter rail service preventative maintenance and capital cost of contracting.
Activities Performed: Funds will be used to purchase real-time interface improvements on the commuter rail line, track rehab, and for the commuter rail service preventative maintenance and capital cost of contracting.
Expected Outcomes: The project will improve the state of good repair of the WEGO commuter rail corridor and offset the cost of rail operation.
Intended Beneficiaries: Populace of the WEGO commuter rail service area and local area commuters.
Subrecipient Activities: None.
