Grant Description
The proposed agreement will address the erosion of the Las Vegas Wash into Lake Mead. The Las Vegas Wash is experiencing significant channel erosion from the perennial flows of storm water and wastewater effluent from the Las Vegas Valley. Additional structures are needed to curtail the erosion and protect infrastructure upstream of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area boundaries.
