Grant Description
ENMRWS FW3 will provide a sustainable source of drinking water from Ute Reservoir to the municipalities of Clovis, Elida, Portales, and Texico; Curry and Roosevelt counties; and CAFB. With the Ogallala Aquifer as the only source of potable water for the participating communities, which is rapidly declining in quantity and quality.

This project will further resolve human health and public safety issues.
