This project will combine the operation of the Needle Rock and Lone Rock ditches by combining the diversion of both ditch rights to the new Needle Rock headgate. The project will involve replacing/abandoning approximately 35,272 feet of earthen canal lateral ditch with a pressurized irrigation pipeline system.
