Award Purpose:
The purpose of the award is to provide reentry services beginning while participants are still incarcerated and continue post-release, leading to skills-based employment.
Activities Performed:
Fedcap will implement intensive case management, employment, and career services pre- and post-release to ensure participant success.
Deliverables:
Fedcap expects to exceed the WIOA measure based on the documented past performance presented in Attachment 4.
Intended Beneficiary:
The intended beneficiaries are adult men and women confined at RICF returning to urban, high poverty, and crime areas within New York City (NYC).
