Grant Description
The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control is seeking LWCF assistance for developments within the existing LWCF protected area of Lums Pond State Park. There will be a mix of 2 and 3-bedroom units which will be designed to be amenable to weekly rental use.
New utilities consisting of water, sewer, and electric will be extended to each cabin. There are currently no opportunities for extended stay visits at Lums Pond State Park. Creating these cabins will allow visitors to the park to engage in long-term recreation benefits.
