Grant Description
Application Purpose:

This application includes FY 2021 Section 5311 ARP Act funds and FY 2021 Section 5311(b)(3) RTAP ARP funds to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus.

Activities Funded Under This Grant:

Activities funded under this grant include rural operations, project administration, intercity RTAP, and state direct/indirect administration costs.

Activities Performed:

Subrecipients will use the funding to sustain transit services within the rural areas of Oregon. The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) will use the state administration funding to administer the program and conduct oversight on subrecipient agreements.

Expected Outcomes:

The expected outcomes of this grant are sustained, safe, and accountable transit services across rural areas of Oregon.

Intended Beneficiaries:

The general public across all rural areas in the state of Oregon will benefit from this grant.

Additional 5311/5311(F) subrecipients will be added to the list above upon award announcement in July 2023. All awards will support operations-only projects.
