Grant Description
This application includes $8,731,154 in FY 2019-2020 Section 5339(a) Small Urban and Statewide funds ($848,277 in FY 2019 Small Urban funds, $3,500,000 in FY 2019 Statewide funds; $882,877 in FY 2020 Small Urban funds, and $3,500,000 in FY 2020 Statewide funds) for the purchase of replacement and expansion rolling stock and the purchase and installation of approximately 10 bus shelters for subrecipients throughout the state of Oregon.

Purpose:
This application includes FY 2019-2020 Section 5339(a) Small Urban and Statewide funds for the purchase of replacement and expansion rolling stock and the purchase and installation of approximately 10 bus shelters for subrecipients throughout the state of Oregon.

Activities to be performed:
Procurement of replacement and expansion vehicles and the procurement and installation of bus shelters by ODOT subrecipients.

Expected outcomes:
Replacement and expansion buses will provide new transportation options as well as allowing subrecipients to keep their fleet in a state of good repair, which lowers operating costs and increases reliability of services. The bus shelters will assist with safely accessing public transportation in the city of Canby.

Intended beneficiaries:
The general public within the state of Oregon.
