Grant Description
Application purpose: To construct a new vehicle maintenance facility, purchase propane powered vehicles, and a propane fueling station for new vehicles.
Activities performed: This project is part of CM/GC contracting method. The planning environmental study, design plans, parking lot construction, purchasing of all equipment and materials will be done through the team following regulations for purchasing and tribal procurement.
Expected outcomes: A new facility will allow us to better serve our tribal vehicles as well as public vehicles. The new location will allow for increased awareness of our facility. The propane vehicles will allow for us to minimize our environmental footprint, and the fueling station will allow for us to keep those vehicles on the road instead of traveling offsite to refuel.
Intended beneficiaries: Community members, tribal member staff of the Seminole Nation, and anyone in need of preventative maintenance done to their vehicles.
Subrecipient activities: No sub recipients.
