Grant Description
Implementing technical and science support services (TSSS) in the Republic of Rwanda under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) - this application aims to implement evidence based decision making technical leadership and coordination of quality HIV prevention and care and treatment services.

The goal is to enhance public health response and systems with adequate healthcare providers skills and knowledge to provide high quality integrated services to sustain the quality of life for people living with HIV.

The application aims to support quality improvement of HIV program laboratory services and strategic information systems for quality data and evidence based programming and policy in integrated HIV service delivery.
