Purpose: Provide comprehensive and integrated housing and supportive services to increase housing stability and enhance quality of life.
Activities to be performed: Mortgage downpayment assistance, short-term rental, mortgage and utility assistance, permanent housing placement and supportive services and housing information services.
Expected outcomes: Mortgage downpayment assistance - 60 households, short-term rental, mortgage and utility assistance - 30 households, permanent housing placement - 60 households and supportive services - 60 households and housing information services.
Intended beneficiaries: HOPWA eligible clients within the state of New Mexico.
