Grant Description
Application Purpose:
This grant application will provide funding to cover operating expenses related to maintaining day-to-day operations, cleaning and sanitization, combating the spread of pathogens on transit systems, and maintaining critical staffing levels.
Activities Performed:
Eligible net operating expenses may include, but are not limited to, drivers and other operations worker salaries, fuel, and items having a useful life of less than one year, including personal protective equipment and cleaning supplies.
Expected Outcomes:
These funds will reimburse eligible expenses, including eligible expenses that would have otherwise been paid for by lost revenue.
Intended Beneficiaries:
Community - riders and businesses; seniors and individuals with disabilities; various governments, businesses, and community groups to work as partners.
Subrecipient Activities:
None.
