The Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service works with farmers and including small farm operations facing low productivity challenges related to agricultural development.
Through the Farm Assistance Program, agricultural economists collaborate with farmers and farm families utilizing risk analysis tools to better identify the sources of risk in their operations and inform producers of strategies for managing risk and help producers quantify the financial impacts.
Through Farm Assistance, these capabilities have been extended to provide farmers and ranchers in Texas with sound decision-making information.
