Grant Description
Application Purpose: NDDOT applies remaining FFY2020 5339(b) bus and bus facilities competitive grant funds in the amount of $9762912 (federal) to fund ADA transportation vehicles. The discretionary ID for this award is D2020-BUSC-157.
Activities Performed: Fund ADA replacement and expansion vehicles for transit agencies throughout the state.
Expected Outcomes: Replacement of aging fleets and expansion of transit service in areas where additional transportation is needed. Riders will be able to get to their destinations through improved safety and transportation services in their communities.
Intended Beneficiaries: Rural, small urban, and intercity bus agencies staff and riders throughout North Dakota.
Subrecipient Activities: Rural, small urban, and intercity bus agencies throughout North Dakota will receive new ADA vehicles.
