NA24NOSX429C0001-T1-01 The National Marine Sanctuary Foundation, working cooperatively with the NOAA Office of National Marine Sanctuaries, proposes to guide the community engagement needed to create the will for sanctuary designation, bring to light indigenous peoples legacy with our waters, and ensure that all Americans are aware of the value of not just an individual sanctuary, but the entire network of special places across U.S. waters that is our National Marine Sanctuary System.
