Overview
Grant Description
Camp Project Description:
This proposal outlines collaborations between the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) for work in support of the NOAA Climate Adaptation and Mitigation Program (CAMP) by UCAR's Cooperative Program for the Advancement of Earth System Science (CPAESS).
CPAESS will build upon best practices learned from its 2016-2021 award and its history of engagement with NOAA to provide efficient and innovative program management for a new CAMP cooperative agreement. CPAESS will leverage our relationships within NOAA, other agencies; within UCAR: its leadership in the Earth System Science (ESS) community and its consortium of 120 member universities; within the UCAR Community Programs (UCP); and with the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) laboratories, to address the needs of CAMP.
