This project aims to deliver the database capacity to vastly improve NOAA's understanding of community partnerships and their key vulnerabilities to environmental hazards, especially related to flooding. Software engineers, social science researchers, and meteorologists will work to develop a database and interfaces to advance societal data for flood inundation mapping by building a community user needs database.
