Overview

Grant Description
The Puget Sound and Washington Coastal Treaty Tribes propose using the FY 2023 Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund (PCSRF) award to support activities that address factors limiting the viability of ESA-listed salmonids. Restore and protect anadromous salmonid habitat. Conduct essential salmonid and habitat monitoring. And engage in other activities consistent with the congressional authorization for the program.

The overarching intent of this program is to conduct projects that will promote a meaningful expression of treaty fishing rights and advance the recovery and conservation of ESA-listed and non-listed salmon and steelhead.
