Overview
Grant Description
The CRITFC, on behalf of the four Columbia River Treaty Tribes, hopes to continue to implement the already established Tribal PCSRF infrastructure framework to plan, assess, coordinate, fund, implement, monitor, and publicize the salmon recovery efforts of the tribes and partners.
Some of the activities will include: applying for PCSRF funding on behalf of the tribes, project management, ESA compliance, federal cost principles compliance, non-allowance of supplanting monitoring, land acquisition requirements, cost-share encouragement, project budget management, project implementation, fulfilling progress report metric requirements, project spending plans, maintenance of the PCSRF database, participation in PCSRF regional processes, and monitoring and evaluation of individual projects.
