Grant Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) award recipient is the Howard University. This NOAA Office of Education, Educational Partnership Program with Minority Serving Institutions (EPP/MSI) Cooperative Science Center (CSC) focuses on atmospheric sciences and meteorology that aligns with the NOAA mission. The academic home of the center is the Graduate School at Howard University.
