THE PROJECT GOAL IS TO INCREASE SUSTAINABILITY OF DORMITORY FACILITIES AT THE HAWAI'I INSTITUTE OF MARINE BIOLOGY, THE MANAGING STATE PARTNER FOR THE HE'EIA NERR, THROUGH INSTALLATION OF ENERGY-EFFICIENT INFRASTRUCTURE.
