Grant Description
Application purpose: The purpose of this funding is to purchase vehicles.
Activities performed: The activities of this funding are to purchase heavy duty diesel electric hybrid buses, gasoline cutaway buses, and gasoline vans. This funding will also be used for delivery costs.
Expected outcomes: The purchase of these vehicles and equipment will help to replace, expand, and modernize the existing diesel fleet with hybrids and gasoline vehicles.
Intended beneficiaries: The intended beneficiaries of this project will be all residents and visitors of the City of Jackson, MS.
Subrecipient activities: None.
