THIS GRANT UTILIZES $300000 5307 FUNDS $15439200 5337 FIXED GUIDEWAY FUNDS AND $3934801 REGIONAL TRANSIT CAPITAL (RTC) FUNDS FOR A TOTAL OF $19674001 FOR UPGRADES AND IMPROVEMENTS TO RAIL LINES TRACK AND FACILITIES.THE 5307 FUNDS ARE ALL FY 2020.OF THE 5337 FUNDS:$1619200 ARE FY 2019$2197802 ARE FY 2020$11622198 ARE FY 2021BY EXECUTING THIS GRANT WE CERTIFY THAT PROJECTS FUNDED IN THIS GRANT ARE INCLUDED IN THE 2021 TRANSIT ASSET MANAGEMENT (TAM) PLAN INVESTMENT PRIORITIZATION SECTION.RELEVANT DOCUMENTS ARE ATTACHED INCLUDING THE 2021-2024 TIP/STIP PAGES FOR THE METRO REGION AND THE TIP/STIP APPROVAL LETTER THE INDIRECT RATE CFR AND THE INDIRECT RATE APPROVAL LETTER. ALSO ATTACHED WILL BE MODIFICATIONS TO THE STIP/TIP FOR TWO PROJECTS.
