THIS GRANT PROVIDES $4226996 OF FEDERAL FUNDS [$3159852 FY2019; $782758 FY2020; $284386 FY2021] OF SECTION 5311 RURAL FORMULA FUNDS FOR INTERCITY BUS PROJECT EXPENSES FROM JANUARY 1 2022- DECEMBER 31 2022 RURAL TRANSIT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (RTAP) EXPENSES FROM JUNE 1 2021 - DECEMBER 31 2022 AND STATE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES. THE STATE OF MINNESOTA WILL PROVIDE $3151045 OF INTERCITY BUS MATCHING FUNDS.ATTACHMENTS TO THIS APPLICATION INCLUDE THE 2021-2024 MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION STIP APPROVAL LETTER DATED NOVEMBER 23 2020 THE APPLICABLE STIP PROJECT PAGES AND APPLICABLE STIP AMENDMENT APPROVAL LETTERS.MNDOT ANTICIPATES THAT THE BALANCE OF THE FY2020 AND FY2021 APPORTIONMENTS FOR RURAL OPERATING AND INTERCITY BUS FUNDS WILL BE REQUESTED IN FUTURE GRANT AMENDMENTS
