Project Grant
Overview
Grant Description
The Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management proposes to develop, pilot test, and release a beta version of a network service where libraries can share open educational resources (OER) alongside local evaluation and course alignment data for each resource.
Faculty across library systems and states will then be able to access these data as they search for resources and plan their courses. This project seeks to expand the amount of curriculum-aligned OER while decreasing the amount of time and resources needed for librarians to curate and maintain OER collections.
Working with library consortia partners, the project will design and pilot a network service that makes it possible to exchange peer-reviewed and curriculum-aligned OER across multiple institutional repositories.
