THE APPLICATION SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES FOCUS IS ON PAYROLL AND RURAL TRANSIT OPERATIONS IN THE KENTUCKY APPALACHIAN COUNTIES 100% FEDERAL OPERATING CURRENT SECTION 5311 KY PROVIDERS WILL MEET AND FOLLOW THE SECTION 5311 RULES AND REGULATIONS THE RECIPIENT AGREES THAT IF IT RECEIVES FEDERAL FUNDING FROM THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) OR THROUGH A PASS-THROUGH ENTITY THROUGH THE ROBERT T. STAFFORD DISASTER RELIEF AND EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE ACT A DIFFERENT FEDERAL AGENCY OR INSURANCE PROCEEDS FOR ANY PORTION OF A PROJECT ACTIVITY APPROVED FOR FTA FUNDING UNDER THIS GRANT AGREEMENT IT WILL PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTIFICATION TO FTA AND REIMBURSE FTA FOR ANY FEDERAL SHARE THAT DUPLICATES FUNDING PROVIDED BY FEMA ANOTHER FEDERAL AGENCY OR AN INSURANCE COMPANY.

KYTC, as the direct recipient, is applying on behalf of rural transit statewide.
This is not a research grant.
No indirect will be used.
100% state administrative dollars and limited to 10% of 5311 allocation.
100% RTAP.
50% federal Appalachian.
50% operating intercity bus.
Expenses that occurred on or after January 20, 2020, to projected end date. The application scope of work includes a focus on payroll and rural transit operations in the Kentucky Appalachian counties. 100% federal operating. Current Section 5311 KY providers will meet and follow the Section 5311 rules and regulations. The recipient agrees that if it receives federal funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or through a pass-through entity through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, a different federal agency, or insurance proceeds for any portion of a project activity approved for FTA funding under this grant agreement, it will provide written notification to FTA and reimburse FTA for any federal share that duplicates funding provided by FEMA, another federal agency, or an insurance company.
