Grant Description
Application Purpose: The purpose of this award is to provide funding for the purchase of electric rolling stock.
Activities Performed: Funds will be used to purchase replacement paratransit and fixed route electric rolling stock.
Expected Outcomes: The purchase of electric paratransit and fixed route buses will replace fossil fuel propulsion vehicles that have reached their useful life.
Intended Beneficiaries: Transit riders will benefit from more modern, comfortable buses, and the entire community would benefit from cleaner air with the replacement of fossil fuel paratransit and fixed route buses with zero-emission vehicles.
Subrecipient Activities: None.
