Grant Description
Application Purpose: This application includes FY 2021/2022 Section 5311 and FY 2021 Section 5311 RTAP funding for rural operating assistance, preventive maintenance, mobility management, capital lease facilities/equipment, project administration, RTAP scholarships and training, and state administration related costs.

Activities Performed: Funding will be used for subrecipient rural operations, preventive maintenance, mobility management, capital lease facilities/equipment, project administration, RTAP scholarships and training, and state administration related costs.

Expected Outcomes: Sustained rural transit services across the state of Idaho.

Intended Beneficiaries: The general public traveling within or through rural areas in the state of Idaho.

Subrecipient Activities: Subrecipient activities funded under this application include project administration, operating assistance, and preventive maintenance for the following organizations:
- Lemhi Ride
- Mountain Rides Transportation Authority (MRTA)
- Pocatello Regional Transit (PRT)
- Regional Public Transportation (RPT)

- Southern Teton Area Rapid Transit (START)

- Treasure Valley Transit (TVT)
