Grant Description
The purpose of this agreement is to fund research supporting the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Information Innovation Office (I2O).

This effort shall be carried out generally as set forth in Exhibit B, Research Description Document, and in the recipient's proposal titled, "VeriPro Verified Probabilistic Cognitive Reasoning for Tactical Mixed Reality Systems" dated 20 December 2023, copies of which are in the possession of both parties.
