Grant Description
The purpose of this agreement is to fund research supporting the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) Optomechanical Thermal Imaging (OPTIM) program.
This effort shall be carried out generally as set forth in Exhibit B, Research Description Document, dated July 18, 2023, and in the recipient's proposal titled, "Phononic Engineered Ultrathin Optomechanical Resonators for Thermal Imaging," dated October 27, 2022.
