Grant Description
The purpose of this agreement is to fund research supporting the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Microsystems Technology Office (MTO) Generating RF with Photonic Oscillators for Low Noise (GRYPHON) program. This effort shall be carried out generally as set forth in Exhibit B, Research Description Document, dated November 5, 2021, and in the recipient's proposal titled, Soliton Photonic Integrated Nitride Continuous Synthesizer (SPHINCS), dated June 17, 2021. Copies of these documents are in the possession of both parties.
