TMO, partners, and community advisory members will work together to plan and design a family-driven, community-based, and culturally competent system of care for program participants. Our program design will provide supports for children and youth with or at risk for mental health or other challenges, and their families that will ensure a coordinated network, address cultural needs with the end result of being able to function better at home, in school, and throughout life. Additionally, our program will be designed to increase resilience and improve emotional health for our children and youth.
