Grant Description
Allegan County CCBHC - Allegan County Community Mental Health Services (ACCMHS) proposes to provide certified community behavioral health clinic services for:
(1) Adults/youth with mild/moderate/serious mental illness,
(2) Adults/youth with substance use disorders/involvement, and
(3) Children/families with serious emotional disorders, inclusive of those who are uninsured, veterans, or otherwise without access to care.
The A-CCBHC project will significantly extend the reach and impact of ACCMHS by supporting access of the target population to our locally accessible service array.
