Grant Description
Increasing access to services for residents of Warren and Clinton Counties, Ohio - increasing access to services for residents of Warren and Clinton Counties, Ohio. Adjoining counties are urban populations offering an increased amount of services. Our counties have no public transportation resources. As a result, access is limited.
Having the capacity to take services to more rural portions of our counties is crucial. Access to primary care is limited, as is the number of providers. Our area has been severely impacted by the opioid crisis. The ability to provide services to the most vulnerable of our citizens is imperative for the area's growth and stability.
Warren and Clinton Counties have a high concentration of persons with high scores on the scale of adverse childhood experiences. Treatment is a large component of developing resiliency and promoting positive community outcomes.
