Grant Description
The purpose of this award is fund IRRI as an implementing partner for the Fertilize Right Initiative in Vietnam. The implementing partner will be expected to assist USDA/FAS in developing partner networks, capacity building assessments and trainings, and other activities as determined throughout the lifetime of the award.
Subawards are anticipated to fund other Fertilize Right activities in Vietnam that are not within the technical skillset of IRRI staff. There subawards may include technical experts for other crops of interest in Vietnam outside of rice (i.e. coffee) or funding for smaller grassroots organizations that have a more localized approach if determined necessary.
