- One (1) mobility management for $38800 in FTA funds (ALI code 11.7L.00)
- Four (4) sedan expansion for $111897 in FTA funds (ALI code 11.13.16)
- Four (4) van replacements for $141600 in FTA funds (ALI code 11.12.15)
- Eleven (11) misc. support equipment for $26143 in FTA funds (ALI code 11.42.20)
- One (1) expansion vans for a cost of $30400 in FTA funds (ALI code 11.13.15)
- Two (2) shop equipment for $14011 in FTA funds (ALI code 11.42.06)
- Five (5) under 30 expansion buses for a cost of $320623 in FTA funds (ALI code 11.13.04)
- Four (4) radios in $3080 in FTA funds (ALI code 11.62.03)

The total capital cost is $2792995 or 79.51%. The operating assistance total is $719916 or 20.49%. The state match is a cash match of $349124. The local match is $1069040. The local match is a cash match provided by each subrecipient. Each subrecipient is financially able to make this match.

Non-urban project: A POP has been uploaded under application documents for the FFY19 non-urban project. The non-urban project includes the following:
- Fifteen (15) bus replacements for a cost of $1005401 in FTA funds
- Seventeen (17) under 30 expansion buses for a cost of $706069 in FTA funds (ALI code 11.13.04)
- Twelve (12) operating assistance for a cost of $1167634 in FTA funds (ALI code 30.09.01)
- One (1) preventative maintenance for $10920 in FTA funds (ALI code 11.7A.00)
- One (1) expansion vans for a cost of $40986 in FTA funds (ALI code 11.13.15)
- Twenty one (21) misc. support equipment for $27972 in FTA funds (ALI code 11.42.20)

The total capital cost is $1783348 or 60.27%. The operating assistance total is $1167634 or 39.46%. The state match is a cash match of $223918. The local match is $1391554. The local match is a cash match provided by each subrecipient. Each subrecipient is financially able to make this match.

The FDOT certifies that the goals and objectives set to identify the projects were derived from the Human Services Coordination Plan and all grants were selected among all human service providers in the local area within each district. All vehicles purchased will be ADA compliant unless a Certificate of Equivalent Service is filed. The district office will monitor and evaluate the subrecipients compliance with ADA requirements through site visits and file reviews. The FDOT shall ensure subrecipients comply with the following ADA requirements:
1. Allowing service animals
2. Use of accessibility features
3. Public information/communications
4. Lift deployment at any designated stop
5. Service to persons using respirators or portable oxygen
6. Adequate time for vehicle boarding and disembarking.
