Overview
Grant Description
The Wind River Coalition Governance Project will build bridges between tribes, municipalities, and community members and ensure an equitable governance structure is established and implemented across all components of the Wind River Coalition's Recompete Plan.
It will manage and coordinate the overall Recompete Plan and its component projects, monitor and evaluate grant performance, and ensure compliance with EDA's grant requirements.
Furthermore, it will support and strengthen Indigenous-based leadership.
The project will accomplish this by 1) facilitating monthly coalition meetings, 2) assembling a team and building out appropriate systems, 3) providing capacity building opportunities to project leads, and 4) conducting annual performance evaluations.
