Grant Description
This community of practice (COP) award made to the National Development Council (NDC), and sub-awards to the Community Reinvestment Fund (CRF) and Drexel University's Nowak Metro Finance Lab, funds the development of a community of practice focused on growing and strengthening EDA revolving loan funds (RLF). This 2-year award will facilitate a robust schedule of training and professional development programs designed to enable RLFS to better address the need for flexible, accessible, recovery and growth-oriented small business financing across the country.
