SPARKING PROGRESS IN BATTERY MANUFACTURING
THIS PROJECT WILL FOCUS ON ACQUIRING EQUIPMENT TO OUTFIT A RESEARCH FACILITY FOR BATTERY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (R&D) AT GEORGIA TECH. THE PURPOSE OF THIS FACILITY WILL BE TO SUPPORT FUNDAMENTAL AND APPLIED R&D TO COMPLEMENT THE EMERGING BATTERY AND ELECTRIC VEHICLE INDUSTRY IN THE SOUTHEAST REGION OF THE UNITED STATES, AND TO EDUCATE STUDENTS IN THIS SPACE.
