THE WORLD INSTITUTE FOR NUCLEAR SECURITY (WELTWEITES INSTITUT FÜR NUKLEARE SICHERHEIT, KUR)
THE PURPOSE OF THIS EFFORT IS TO ENGAGE NUCLEAR AND RADIOLOGICAL SECURITY PROFESSIONALS IN SHARING AND PROMOTING
GOOD PRACTICES THAT WILL ENHANCE NUCLEAR AND RADIOLOGICAL SECURITY PROGRAMS; IMPROVE THE SUSTAINABILITY OF NUCLEAR
SECURITY IN RELATION TO NUCLEAR AND OTHER RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS, FACILITIES AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES; COUNTER NUCLEAR
SMUGGLING; AND, COUNTER THREATS AND THEREFORE REDUCE THE RISK OF NUCLEAR AND RADIOLOGICAL TERRORISM.
