Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL): Conductive Additives Plant for U.S. Domestic Battery Supply Chain

The project objective is to build and operate a plant capable of producing battery-grade carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and battery-grade conductive additive (CA) dispersions, at a commercial scale in support of the domestic lithium-ion battery supply chain.
